Late in the argument... but serious, do you have feelings for her yes or no.
Even if you do have feelings for her, you gotta stand up for yourself and let her know what you're about. Those texts to be honest were pretty weak... you should have told her exactly what went through your mind. I don't know the chick, but going from her looks she does look kinda whorish... if she is saying she didn't have the time to send you a text it probably was because she was getting nailed at the moment.
If you don't have feelings for her and just wanna bang her, I suggest you change your tactics and stop playing the nice friend move.
Golden rule when it comes to women, if you ever enter the friends zone there's no coming back and the the chances of banging her are between 0 to null.
