Quality night.
Petter's live set was a bit take or leave for me, but his DJ set was awesome. Dean, Gav and the Rollin Connection boys were on song too. Also, was I right in seeing that the next PF will feature Chris Fortier and Tony "Mokbel" Pappa together ON THE SAME NIGHT? :eyespop: |

Great night - how good is Podia, i mean Petter ;)
Thanks to the Darkbeat crew for working with us on another great party :) It was great to have Mr McKeown back behind the decks in Melbourne, got to hear a bit of a preview of a few of the new things he's working on the following day and he's definately one to keep an eye on over the next twelve months (if you're not already ;))
Petter had a great time also, which i always like to hear from our visiting artists. Hopefully it won't be too long until we get him back here again :) Sunday was spent teaching Petter the finer points of Australian colloquialisms. I wasn't sure how much of it he was really taking in, until on the way to the airport when he decided to catch a few z's in the car. Upon arriving i tapped him on the shoulder to wake him up, to which he replied...
"Struth! Bloody Possums"

Private Function, Darkbeat & Sunny will be presenting Chris Fortier & Anthony Pappa at Brown Alley on October 28th. It will be a day party starting at 12pm and finishing at 12am.
