Hi ppl
here is two song samples I've been working on. Perhaps someone could give me some pointers on how to make make them a little clearer, which frequencies on which instruments to boost, cut.... Its starting to get a little frustrating, each time I tweak a sound, something else is out of balance. Im mixing on KRK8 and it sound good, but not on my headphones. Both samples are pre-mastered, but i dont think mastering will make such a huge difference. any help would be much appreciated

Note that I'm not pretending to be a master mastererererer... Ehhhh..:conf:
Sample 1:
Sounds good, but needs a bit more high end boost overall... otherwise there is no need for any more tweaks IMO.
Sample 2:
Is a bit out of my range of fire. As I said I'm not good enough. I'll leave it to someone else to explain the complexity of it...:toothless |

| yeah, sample 1 is produced better than sample 2 and its the second one i really wanna finish. I know exactly what I want it to sound like, just dont know how to go about it:confused: |
