The only wedding with a tracklisting.

Adagio for strings was also played.

But seriously, if anyone is looking for a wedding DJ (he also MCed) Jarek is your man. He also looks good in photos with those nice blue eyes. :)

Ryan Parks did the photography so we should also expect some nice shots. Along with all the other cameras being used all over the place.

We thought we kept hearing Adagio, but who knows. hah Trainspotting at a wedding ceremony, good times indeed. (Cirque De Soleil - Allegria, I just remembered)

Haha lets see what else I can remember:

Ceremony:

Cafe del Mar (very chilled out remix)
4 Strings - Take me Away
Cirque De Soleil - Allegria

Survivor - Eye Of the Tiger!!!!! (As Nathalie and Graham's entry song!!!)

First Dance was a David Gray song.

Reception:

Novy Vs. Eniac - Pumpin'
Alice DJ - Better off Alone
Murder was the Bass
Mauro Picotto - Lizard
Mauro Picotto - Komodo
The Swing Version of Eye of the Tiger - LOL

umm ok enough trainspotting wedding tunes!

Even if it weren't our own wedding, I woulda said it was the best wedding I ever attended. The end result surpassed even my own expectations. Ryan Parks should have a webpage set up later today, which we will share w/everyone.

muff2k did an awesome job dj'ing, the banquet hall supassed my expectations in terms of food, bar, decor & presentation, both families got along royally, speeches were awesome, bus and limo worked out great, I heard the traditional irish musicians were good (I couldn't hear them, I was 'in hiding'), everyone looked so stunning and handsome all dolled up, and the surprise guests of the night- Samba Elegua- stole the show.

But most of all, the guests- you really made the night. You brought the party vibe. So glad u all had fun.

Haven't had much rest or peace all week, barely getting a minute to sit down, still entertaining my new in-laws and out of town visitors. I wish my friends coulda stayed here longer. Thanks for making them feel welcome. The whole weekend was a blast, from the Ice Lounge and onward.

We love you all- thanks for being part of our special weekend.

this picture trips me out

and while I can't recall Adagio being played, we had the chill out 10 min version of Cafe del Mar played for when u were seating yourselves, walked down the aisle to Ligaya- Gouryella, and walked out to Allegria- Cirque du Soleil.

So many good tunes played that night, even a techno set. Jarek is gonna make us a cd of all the songs played. Can't wait!
