Hurrah for another half decent techno producer going with the latest fad.
As for the tracks themselves, here's my review:

yeah seriously wtf
how did he go from Manwolf to this? I'm so sick of all these established techno guys jumping on the "electro-house" wagon. They didn't all start making "progressive" when that was hot, what the crap are they doing. Seems like at some point during 2005 all the techno djs got together and said "Alright, we either have to go electro or minimal!" Beyer did a lot of work with Henrik B and he went the more minimal route, but the sounds he plays now are still a much more natural progression, and the current minimal scene imo represents an evolution in the techno scene, not really a drastic genre switch. This is different and it makes me mad.
ps: I have The Wound... |

Sonatina ftw!
anyway, this release is average, I'd give it a 6/10 in total for both tracks |

Not only did he attempt to copy the Pryda sound unsuccessfully (which is lame enough -- sounds like he used the same exact instruments, maybe it's a prerequisite for being on this label?), but both tracks manage to sound like the background music in a tampon commercial.
1/10 for me
shame on you Henrik |
