na, hiphop's not dead yet... just the commercial edge of it is in a very very deep slump.
All the hiphop artists that have tracks about something aside from shaking asses and money get virtually no air time. I'm hoping its only matter of time till this fake pop-style hiphop facade shatters so that it can return to its roots. |

What I do not understand is the following: considering that this was his first live performance, how come he chose not to have the entire track , i.e. instrumental + vocals, playing while he rapped along with it? This is what the majority of hip hop artists do at live performances.
K-Fed sucked, big time..........He has one joint, though, which (I cannot remember the name of it) I used to like (a few months back).

I thought Eminem was actually really good when his first album came out. It put me on the floor laughing at some of the he was joking around about, its when he got too serious about himself in the next few albums that he really just turned me off. I still listen to the first Eminem album from time to time. |
