A photographer for National Geographic.....to be able to travel and experience the wildlife of different countries would be amazing

I dont think its that tough..start investing sytematically rather than saving..
Also they have cheaper versions of space travel.. like they take you to the very edge of space from earth via fighter jet.. you fly at 2000 Mph just to stay in orbit.. and above you its all black space and below you blue sky..
That program dosent cost that much.. 1,00,000 for trip..as far as I remember..

Own the real estate & sit back & collect leases & rent payments each month. Hire a company to do the maintenence, tenant backround checks ect. Meanwhile seach for more property to buy with income generated. That what i plan to do some day in the future for my job. :) |

Landlords are some of the most hated people around. Plus, tenants not giving rent on time, damaging apts etc gives big headache. |

I'm doing that right now with a brownstone in Manhattan. =) Rent free but I am the super of the building so yea, things need to be fixed and that comes out of my own pocket. There is an agency that does all the tenant screening before I meet with them to show them the apartments. |
