ok guys my mate is a real technician geek, anyway if you have a stolen phone he can change the phones id number so it is untracebele, its really dodgy but he doesn't do it as an underground business, he just does it for fun. the problem is you need to have a stolen phone or a lost one and those a hard to come by.
just thought it would be worth the mention,
by the way i have a legit phone, im not doing anything illegal so don't crack it at me, just thought it was worth the mention, maybe this post may actually discourage you from getting a stolen one because they ARE traceble.
