i talked to a few diff producers about it and they think i should just take the high road and not say anything. i have video proof that ours was done before his with both the tiesto in atlantic city video and rubins video of me playing it at vision.
my only worst fear is, when i play ours out, or anyone else in chicago plays ours out, that it will be confused for his idea. |

That's the part about it.
Is there a potential that yours or his could see a licensed release? If not, you can always rest easier at night knowing that you and Topher put together a much better original remix and didn't have to act the bitch to get your name out there. |

nah its bootleg remixes of (currently) big bands and its also their single. almost impossible to license. the dane cook was impossible to license and thats just like a paragraph.
i think the most hilarious thing is you can hear the ty acid pro timestretching algorithm in his, struggling to pull the song from 115bpm to 130. that and the lack of a kick drum. |
