Ok I'm going to add to my earlier statement.
If you use the excuse I am no master at photoshop as an excuse why these designs may look sucky you're in a sh*t storm:
- you should NOT use Photoshop for designing tee-shirts ( at least not use it exclusively )
- Layout and typography work needs to be done with something else than Photoshop!
- One final word: VECTORIAL ( illustrator, freehand )
Don't make up excuses as to why the stuff sucks. You designed it simple as that.
Go back to the drawing board and learn and get training on how to use the software and such ( http://www.lynda.com http://www.totaltraining.com/ http://www.vtc.com/ etc ). |

personally i don't really see a problem with your BP logo (i prefer it over the skulls w/ wings). if anything seems a little too large and prominent...i agree with a more subtle approach to say a sleeve or something.
designs aren't really my personal taste, but i'm sure you already knew that hehe :p |

Becoming a photoch0pper is a challenge, even I'm struggling against Ygrene and the like. :p
On topic: I'm going to create some T shirt designs too, more on the lines of anime (non Nou), electronica, surealism and industrial. Omnigraffle, Macromedia Freehand are quite good for vectorial designs.
I might post some ideas once I've done them at a later date. :) |
