| i like the fact that the morning after pill is available...but i'm not so sure it's a good idea that it's so easily attainable. it would be better if it was available thru a perscription (if you go to planned parenthood, you can get it on the spot, instead of waiting for your doctor). to have it in the pharmacy may give people the impression that it's a contraceptive rather than a remedy. |

Hopefully we can wipe out the horny morons, and maybe gain a little control over the unwanted pregnancies.
I also dislike the idea of people using this as a contraceptive, but in the end, the only person it is severely harming is the woman. And if she is that much of a douche to sleep around like a whore and need Plan B constantly, let her.
Meh.
Personally, I strongly believe that people should be held accountable for their actions, and that 95% of the time, what they get is what they deserve. With the way our society runs however, it seems that people are getting the idea more and more often that they are not to be held responsible for what they do. That it is someone else's fault, that they are the victim etc. that.
If we're gonna have the Plan B pill, it should be made to be available to whomever. If they think they are old enough to be sleeping around, then they are old enough to make the decision that getting pregnant isn't an option. And if they somehow get ed up, it isn't the fault of the makers of Plan B. Close your ing legs. |
