yea they are weird...but definitely nice. i'd much rather have that than some crazy ass drama that i've had in the past.

yep

when it's a "smooth" breakup that means there are usually no feelings left, which are what creates the drama of bad breakups. you are just completely over the person.

Sometimes after a couple weeks/months, that's when some sad feelings might arise......but that's usually because of the simple fact that you get use to having someone around, whether you still love them or not.....it might just take time to get use to being alone again.

sorry dude... or.... congratualtions? :p

personally, a few times. its always easier if you do the breaking up or if you come to a mutual decision.

lol funny story.

when my ex and i broke up, i was living there and we agreed that it was pretty much over, but we were both ok with it, so he was being really cool and letting me stay there till i found a roommate or apt.

well apparantly he wasn't ok with it. i went out one night and got too wasted to drive home, so i didn't come home and i woke up the next morning at my friend's, hunover as and i had like 5 drunken voicemails of him calling me every name in the book. and then he was like, "haha u better come get ur because it's laid out all over the parking lot right now"

i was like WHAT THE ! so i raced home and sure enough, as i pull up, all my clothes are all over the front of our apt. building and on the stairs. i was so embarrassed. one of our neighbors was out walking the dog...he was this young guy. and he was like, "haha daamn, u ok?" i was like, "umm, i dont know yet"

so i get up there and he's passed out and i go in the bedroom and start letting water drip all over his face until he wakes up, and then he does, and i'm like, "haha what the is wrong with u? ur acting like a little bitch on sex in the city"

i refused to get mad and yell. i just laughed at him and started slowly packing all my in my car. took it straight to a storage locker place and paid for an air conditioned unit. spent the whole day completely hungover and still in my clothes from the night before moving my stuff into a storage locker:wtf:

we laugh about it now though...

Smooth on my behalf? yes. Her? Well.. she was er.. not so happy..

See id been with her for just over a year (went to england to meet her and then be with her). And when i came back to Australia she gradually started to get rude, and demanding.. Unappreciative basically. Considering the moving around i was going through just to see her again. By the time i broke it off it was pretty much dead and buried anyway.

Then it kicked in and i copped loads and loads of the 'take me back, things can be different' talk. But by then i was already with another girl (current mrs).

She got pretty pissed off when she found out the girl i was with had solid intention to do what she couldnt do and be my best friend, before soon becoming my best partner, And talk things over rather then argue it out. Communication creates such a longer lasting relationship.

im anticipating a smooth breakup if my gf breaks up with me before i break up with her.. if i break up with her she might break my legs though
