what do u usually find urself eating before u eat and after u eat as well? |

Sorry - I thought this thread was about what I do before and after eating, not what I eat before and after eating (which BTW is a bit of a cyclical question - having no possible/logical answer). |

Not necassarily. I gather that when he says "eating" that part is considered the meal. So its equal to "what do you eat before and after a meal".
but he just had to twist around the words because he is a funny boy and thats what funny boys do |
