Sounds great... It has been a while since I've heard from u.
Nice edit of the vocals.
Here comes the break.
I don't think that the pads fit to the vocals.
You are overusing the vocals.
It's not bad, but it's not so good either imo.
6/10,
Omer. |

Hey Terry,
Always enjoy listening to your tracks. This remix starts of thumping, I love the energy in this one. Not so sure about the basschanges halfway through the build up though. I sounds a bit weird although after a while it seems okay.
Energy is very much an A+. The vocals do not go well with the pads though. They seem to be in the wrong key with the vocals. I like the idea of making it a lot darker but it does not really fit well. Without the vocals I probably would have liked the track better ;)
Overall the arrangement is heavy and thick. U have overused the high eq'ing a bit though. The hihats sounds a bit too sharp. The vocals however do not really fit the track. That makes this track for me just like the drow says a 6/10 or maybe a 6.5.
Cheers mate! |

listening (on crapy speakers)
like the intro...nice percs
bassline is typicaly trance like it also
melody that comes in sounds good
standard break, nothing special...sounds a bit boring when the kicks comes in aroud 4.10, you should've added a nice percussion loop with it
like how the break turns into the main section, nice work with the vocals too
nice stuff overall...a bit too long maybe, great sound and levels
thanks for sharing ;)
cheers |

Hey Terry
Great start to the song, high energy with good percussion. I think you could do with more drive in the bassline though. The vocal snippets are very cool though.
Good synths coming in too...as others said the bass changes sound quite strange at certain points, could be the chord progression.
The vocals sound quite good too, not too sure if they fit the music though, possibly the incorrect key.
Overall though was a good listen, but I've heard better from you man, Homework for one was your best I think!. |
