OK, so you guys prefer a comp then...
a 20 minute mix-off...
32 DJ's.
Problem is, this has been done before, and it's getting the voting done which is a real pain.
I'll work out a different - possible way though. |

actually i prefer the long mix :p i still think that needs to be done
just saying the comp would a cool idea as well, although 32 DJs would be a mission to get on board.. 16 would be a more realistic target |

Would be a first i guess!
How about a comp where 16 DJ's do a mix, with a preset tracklist!
16 Tracks, one from each DJ - in a folder for all to use and mix in the best way possible?
Not seen that done before. |

The huge mix will be ALL Formats.
The head to heads will be ALL formats IF you have the tracks, otherwise mp3 based :) |

Oh ok so the tracks would be pre selected then people would make their sets from that list?

Yeah, i'm thinking 16 DJ's, each pick a track, submit it.
ALL 16 DJ's use the 16 Tracks, and mix, to there best abilities, in any way they want.
Then all completed mixes are uploaded for the world to vote on. Or some judges lol. |
