A little change of pace...
Name some games with actual EDM/tracks in them to the best of your knowledge.
Wipeout series
tracks from Wipeout 3 (PS1) include:
Sasha - Xpander
Paul van Dyk - Avenue
Orbital - nowhere to run
Need for Speed Underground Rivals (PSP)
Tiësto - Breda 8 P.M. (DJ Montana edit)
Paul van Dyk - Nothing But You (Cirrus mix)
Felix Da Housecat - Rocket Ride (Soulwax - Rock it right mix)
Christopher Lawrence - Rush Hour
Or name some EDM tracks/songs with video game sound effects/influences...
Examples:
Klasic & Sanders - Space Oddessy. This is a brand new hardstyle track and it has parts of the original Half-Life in it. If you want to hear this killer track, PM me.
V.I.P. 3000 - The Combat. Old track from PVD @ Innercity 2000 which has sound effects/elements from Starcraft. |

the original NFS:Underground had a lot of BT if i remember correctly. kimosabe is the only tune that comes to mind
also, have you guys ever heard of the game called "n2o"? pretty much a game named after laughing gas in which you fly around in a 3D psychedelic tunnel, shooting bugs, listening to a soundtrack by the crystal method. pretty funny stuff. |
