It's difficult to work where I do. I work at a retirement home and tonight a lady died, she was having difficulty breathing in her suite and we called 911 straight away. But when they brought her through the lobby he face was covered in blood b/c they gave that "adrenline" shot and punchered her rib cage and it was so discusting. And she died on the way to the hospital. |
You know what is worse? Seeing a father stab his kids. Seeing a girl die from a single bee sting. Seeing a healthy 20 something year old die from having a seizure.
Its called the medical field. I working an an ER in high school and through college. Its life. happens. If you dont appreciate/respect life... what's there to do. The day you start to feel sorry for every damn person is the day you should pick up and move on.
Old people die. They have lived their lives. Let them go and be happy that they arent in the day to day life of assisted living hell. |

Being the highly medicalized person that I am I have seen multiple old people die, have seizures etc :nervous:
Yeah it's loads of fun ... or maybe not. |

this is not possible, if you hit bone (which is what the rib cage is) it will not cause blood to come out of your mouth, story is so melodramatic its not funny  |
I was not trying to make it funny:( at all, that would be sick humour but there was blood and it was gross:sadgreen: I am better today, and thanks for all your insights |

| Yeah its very sad to see people pass. This year alone I lost my only grandparent I have ever known.....lost my 21 year old cousin to a seizure......and my second cousin to a car accident. But like some people said....that's a part of life. The sooner your able to understand this.....the easier it will become to cope with. |
