i was just watching this earlier .. crazy match, especially with that between the legs manouver pulled by Baghdatis. Hoping that Agassi takes the US Open. Fitting end to a great career..

ROFL @ u guys thinking that Agassi can actually still win a tourney. He struggled against that unseeded romanian player, and won against Baghdatis because the dude had a lame leg. Against a decent opponent his chances are about as big as my chances of knocking up Kournikova.
Maybe if he was Sampras he's have a chance, but he never was even half the player Sampras was, and by now he's way over the hill to do anything about it. |

did you watch the match lastnight?
bagdatis only suffered from cramps for maybe 2 games..... by the end, he was firing at 124mph and had agassi running all over the place. i personally think its a long shot for agassi as well, but that's part of the appeal in cheering for the guy. |
