I love Basic Element. They just might be my favorite eurodance act, at least of what I know. I'm open to suggestions of similar groups.
Say, was anyone around when good eurodance was actually played in clubs, like early to mid-nineties material? What was it like? I've always liked eurodance, but never really had a feel for what the whole "vibe" of its scene was.

hrmm i would always wonder the same thing about the 80s and italo disco..
im guessing it was like 500 - 2000 people parties with live rpreformances
toronto and montreal had a strong eurodance scene during the period (sorta like a mini EDM scene that we know today) I had a roomate that lived through it and he met some of the famous producers and singers.
