I have to agree with you, that I dont like cheese, and there are some new tracks of theirs and other industry standard names that are putting out some weird stuff lately..........
BUT............
I really REALLY like that track, and I like the direction drum n bass is heading lately. I can forsee a new subgengre in the near future. Right now I think its in experimental stages. |

Sub Focus is the ! He out does Pendulum in every way ... it's too bad he wasn't allowed to do the remix of Vodoo People. I assume it's a status level thing. Smack my Bitch up was great, but it wasn't to his cailbre at all.
Take any Sub Focus track, and compair it to Penedulum .... it's pretty shameful a 19 yr old kid takes out all three members of the group. All this cheese started with their Another Planet track in 2002.
I'm praying Pendulum changes their ways soon ... I really do. They are amazing still. |

I disagree. While both Prodigy originals kick the out of the remixes, Pendulum did a much nicer job with Voodoo People than Sub focus did with Smack My Bitch Up.
And cheesy DNB? WTF is that? Just because their album became a monster on the charts doens't make their tunes any more cheesy. Please define cheesy DNB for me, if you can.
P.S. That "New track" that the MC was talking about that they played all the way at the end sucked - waaaaaayyyy too slow. Pendulum, we like it hard, bitches.

Chessey Jungle / DnB
Pendulum’s Chessey Galaxy Themes & Lyrics (Somewhere out there in the vast, is nothing at space & time….)
Sub Focus’s Chessey Lyrics (Airplanes flies across the sly, where it goes it’s in your mind)
Pendulum’s extreme chessey sensitizers with multi high notes
Any Girls Tracks (DnB w/ RnB Lyrics)
Any type of Liquidfunk Tracks
All those elements listed lands the definition of cheesey Jungle / DnB
Penedulum produces great tracks in the past, but the whole galaxy theme is so killed and repeated too much. |

Haha, I love those 'Airplane' lyrics. Andy C dropped it today, hehehe. The one about Pendulum and vast nothingness of space I'm not too much of a fan of myself, but luckily it's just a small element of the song, like whole song is not built around those lyrics, you know?
