Crystal Clouds - Tracklist Database Reconstruction

Please see our Crystal Clouds Announcement and then the following:
As part of the Administration Team at CC, I was tasked with maintaining our Tracklist Database, which was also wiped clean.
I am putting out a sincere request to all DJs to please PM me tracklists for their shows so that this invaluable database may be rebuilt quickly and accurately.
I expect no special formatting to be done on your part unless you feel like you would like to save me time :D

The following is the format I use:
DJ Name - Show Title Ep# DD Mon Year (with Any Guest, Guest 2, etc)
01. Artist1 - Track1 (Mix or Remix Type) [Label]
So, as an example (without label info provided):
Mark Ottiz - Travelling 007 30 Aug 2006
01. Sun Decade - Have It All (Vocal Mix)
02. Tenthu - Collapse (Static Blue Remix)
03. Team SR - Leaving London (T4L Remix)
04. Ekon - Existance (Mark O Edit)

Thanks mate, yes, I feel it's important.
We had quite a database of tracklists...over 7000...and I would like to recreate that list (and then some) to make it one of the best (if not the best) searchable and well-formatted tracklisting treasures on the web.
