| To be honest, the only sets this year that I've truly appreciated have come from unknowns, locals DJs, amateurs and bedroom DJs who post here in the DJ promotion forum (to name a few: Kenosis, Darvin, Mon-Soon, Nokturnal, Dave King..) |

I gotta agree with Ishkur there. I really don't give a about DJ polls. There are hundreds of DJs who play music i like, and as mentioned, i would probably not notice any difference between them. There are maybe a few that i would recognize due to very unique track selection styles, but i don't think i can count to five of them. I could vote for the djs whose shows i most frequently listen to or the djs i've seen live or the ones i think are cute, but that's like telling the popular dj "hey, you're this popular atm". So at the end of the day dj polls are, pointless, yes. | then dont vote? or do you feel the need to let US know how much you hate it? |

I didn't, but since i believed the purpose of forums was to discuss and state personal opinions, that's what i did, i may have gotten it all wrong though. |

Alright, let's end the when-you-should-express-your-opinion-and-when-not debate before the level of annoyance reaches critical mass. :clown: |
