| just got home! wow what a blast... good times dancing in the rain! i think i got water dumped on me from the tarp about 10 times and in the end i would just dance in it =P it was rlly nice to see everyone and meet some of the ta's i hadnt been introduced to yet. it's odd to look at old pictures of the annual bbq and see ppl i didnt kno then so i dont rlly remember them being there but who i'm good friends with now. anywho i'm off to bed. thanks to nathalie and graham! and thanks sean cassidy for the offer of hospitality =) sorry once again. i'll see all you guys tomorrow!!!!!! :crazy: |

Wow, it was seriously awesome.
Thanks to EVERYONE who donated their time, money, & effort into making this such a success! That went off flawlessly, even with the rain (which made it more interesting).
FOR ONCE I was able to enjoy my own party, and I wouldn't have been able to do that had it not been for all the help of the wonderful volunteers who took on jobs of bartending, grilling, security, sound gear, fund collecting, name tag writing, trash dumping, setting up, breaking down, and everything in between. Endless thanks to Emery & Margaret for delegating all the jobs too- I never would've thought of it. Thanks to all the DJ's that played and entertained us from beginning to end, and Samba Elegua of course. Wow, wow, wow! If I'm forgetting anyone right now, don't take it personally- I'm just WASTED!!!!!!

got there around 8ish, stayed for about an hour and half and that place was bangin. The rain definetly did not keep the TAs from having a blast. Great tunes from jon jon and harcourt.
Nice to see so many fimilair faces, and definetly making a day of it next year around. Off to bed soon to get some rest for the night of the year:D:D:D |

Great bbq nat! i had a blast on langley st. even thou i had to leave for work i still had lots of fun b4 i had to leave.
eviltree nice set man, your hard work perfecting skills can really be heard over the speakers.
whoever brought those ribs. thanks, those were outstanding.
nice seeing everyone, hopefully everyone makes it out again tmmr! |

WOW....what can I say?
It was a incredible party b/c TAs create such a great vibe and DJs were so FRIGGIN GOOD!!!!! So good, that they made a grandma get out of her chair and start dancning (I think it was to DDTT)!!! Then she started to dance with a TA. So sweet. Good job guys. I never expected such great talent. I especially liked the tribal house and the TRANCE. the TRANCE was mind blowing and it got me sooo hyped up and dancing and yelled like a maniac!!! :crazy: :crazy: :tongue3 :crazy: Oh wait...almost forgot the Samba band. That was an banging-awesome performance!
its so sad that nobody recorded any of their sets. It would be nice if the DJs post a tracklist of some of the toons they played. So good to meet all the TAs I met @ Sonic a while back and a bunch of new TAs. You guys rock!!! Hope to meet more TAs in LOL. I can't wait to see some pics from this event. :)
