hm,

I couldn't find anything on google.

If it's such a god damn good business, then it'd have the sense to get it's ass on google.

If it's so cheap, then why isn't it already popular.

Can somebody in UK, please try calling the number on the website.

I think it's a fraud now. some of those photos are bull. As if they'd have such a big call centre for a business like that. They wouldn't operate from a sky-scraper. the photos are dud.

I did a search for shops on marshall wall. Don't think there's anything called CX music there.

I say 75% chance that this is a fraud...

It's really non factual but they do mention issues with the checkout process. I have a feeling that the "other" person in this thread ( sorry can't give complete hints ;) ) is part of the thing.....

The fact the address is not listed for a "buisness" is dodgy. It was only registered last month tho, so it may just be a fledgling buisness? I'd not buy there yet.

EDTI: I take it back, just read this:

About the Company
_
Our company has been dealing with the retail trade on the territory of the UK since 2002. In December 2005 cxMusic Technologies and Asian holding (CNElectronics Inc), which possesses wholesale warehouses on the territory of South Korea and China, were merged. Due to this fact we start new online shop - cxMusic.co.uk_

So they started a new online shop in 05, but only registered the domain n Aug 06. Hmmmn.

If you typed in ur credit card or payment details before going to the next step, u might be in a spot of trouble.

Does anyone know where we can report suspected internet fraud? THere has to be some organisation in place to prevent international world wide web fraud.

Out of curiosity, I just tried to do a fake order with fake details, and when I got to the payment, I tried to do visa, but as my country listed was Australia, I was unable to select visa as a method of payment. Only UK customers can do that it seems. So I went back and changed my details to UK, and it came up with a 404 not found page error when I tried to proceed.
I went back and tried to select Western Union as a transfer, and it gives the following detail to make a payment

quote:
Instructions for Western Union payment:

The payment must be sent on the name of our sales manager Mr. Raimonds Vigups.
_ FIRST NAME: RAIMONDS _
LAST NAME: VIGUPS
ADDRESS: 227 MARSH WALL
CITY: LONDON
COUNTRY: UNITED KINGDOM
TOTAL: ?226.00

How to make the payment?
_
1. Locate the nearest Western Union office or pay on-line via westernunion.com
__
2. Make the payment using cash (or your credit card in case you decide to pay on-line)
to the above agent details.

Visit http://westernunion.com to find the location nearest you.

(!) Once the payment is completed, please provide us the Western Union
Money Transfer Control Number by email: [email protected]

Wonder if sending a notification to W/Union will make a difference? They may block the account. I'm sure the Met might be interested too.

there's no international organization.

It's only if something grows to a global scale that there will be interest from legal agencies from around the world.

In the meantime if someone gets in trouble with an online purchase when using their card online they should contact their bank ( and/or the company that handles your card ) and file a complaint with your local police departement.

Western Union may not take action until there has been an issue with fictitious sales and gross misrepresentation and theft/fraud.
