call me a sceptic, but i havent seen any evidence of the so-called "stingray" that supposedly killed this aussie icon. everyone knows that a single stingray couldnt possibly carry out this feat all by itself. a stingray has never ever before killed a 44yo male australian, either in captivity or the wild. think about it.
i mean, look at this photo:
do you see steve irwin? yeah, i didnt think so. he wasnt even there!
more likely, i suggest this is what killed him:

because someone had too much to gain by his untimely death.
i suspect this woman was involved:
| quote: |
Victoria Brims, a marine life expert from Oceanworld in Sydney, said the stingray that killed Irwin was most likely provoked. |
source
steve's murder would lift victoria's public profile and give her access to untold riches. so victoria, and possibly the entire organisation she worked for (ocean world sydney) had the most to gain.
source
i think people should be a little more circumspect in what they trust from the mainstream media. |

| There's something fishy about this claim that a mere Stingray killed the late great Steve Irwin, i'm not sure if i believe any of it at all! When you think about it, there must be much more too this story, just look at the contentious relationship between Indonesia and Australia at the moment; no doubt the Indonesians have sent Muslims to our shores disguised as Boat People to infiltrate our society and destroy our way of life! And as the great Steve Irwin (Obviously a Secret Agent for ASIO) uncovered this insidious plot he was silenced by these terrorists! :nervous: |

Thank you for having the guts to say what we've all been thinking, pkc. I too have my suspicions about this case - I mean have you ever heard of a fish killing a fully grown man? No, I didn't think so!
What the mainstream media WON'T tell you is that the north coast of Queensland is actually a popular location for illegal Indonesian fishermen (source). After carefully studying all the facts in this case (link), I think it's pretty clear that Steve Irwin was actually harpooned by one of these fisherman and that our government covered it up to avoid a diplomatic row with the Indonesian government!

Uhh huh, yeah right. Leave it to a Republican Bush-supportin' neocon to say something like that! Yeah, you would try to cover up the conspiratorial tracks here. Yeah, you guys probably had him killed because of his environmental cause or somethin'.
This is what will happen to all of you when you go against the Bush agenda, folks. Say nothing. Do nothing but comply.
I didn't write this.
I'm not here.
NSA doesn't need to trace me.
Nothing to see here. I'm moving right through.

Steve Irwin received death threat in July
Steve Irwin, the popular Australian naturalist, received a death threat supposedly written by Jacques Cousteau, and materialised by the American medium Alberto Cabrero Sanchez.
"When I read it, all I could think of was, muerte!", declared Mr Sanchez, "Jacques Cousteau's spirit had come from the dead to say that he was not pleased with the removal of his programme on Telemundo, and that he didn't like Steve Irwin's acting on Crocodilo Dundee".
The authorities are now digging Cousteau's grave in order to take him into costudy. "He's not going to say anything", says Jacqueline Cousteau, Cousteau's granddaughter, "his lawyer told him to remain silent a few minutes prior to his death".
Richard Dawkins already expressed his concern over this issue. "It's sad to see the defence of evolution being in the turmoil of an assassination. There's no after-life, Jacques Cousteau is not guilty". The American Spiritist Association says Dawkins is just sceptical, and they defent the theory that Jacques Cousteau is involved in the murder. |

do you really need any more evidence??
| quote: |
IF you take Steve Irwin at his word, there will be plenty of crocodile tears shed as the news of his death spreads around the world.
Asked by CNN's Larry King in 2004 to explain the price of the extraordinary fame he enjoyed in the US, Irwin said his opposition to the sustainable use of wildlife had many people wanting him dead.
"The trade in wildlife products is only second to the trade in drugs," Irwin said.
"But I'm getting these people. I'm attacking them. I'm saying, 'Hey, we see you.' I am taking the camouflage off, and we're looking at them. And so I'm creating a lot of enemies." |

hell of a way to go, really. being stabbed through the heart by a manta ray. how many guys has that happened to?
sometimes i thought he went a little too far with the animals, exploiting them for his show or ego, or both. you get kinda caught up in the fact that he's actually wrestling a 18' croc or a komodo dragon and not think of what the animal is going through.
that manta ray wasn't gonna have any of it. he was like, get f**ked little man!
the guy died doing what he loved. |
