If Armin had played Solar Stone's Liquid Summer remix of Seven Cities, that would be second, but as it stands, the Armin remix does nothing for me. As such, Ferry Corsten - I Love You is #2.

Turns out Proper Education was NOT the song I was talking about. The track I wanted must have been Mark Oliver's last tune. Here's a clip of the song
