So... I'll throw out the first two suggestions that I've heard were good but have yet to have visited.

just a bit on the ghetto side but nobody gives better haircuts then dominicans-
Melanelvis on 103st n roosevelt ave. yea the name is gay but the cut is fresh. call a day or 2 in advance for appt. to be attended.. niggas are just that nasty!

I used to go there when I was a kid with my brother-in-law. I dont know if the guy is still there, but the guy who cut my hair was Jeff (a russian guy).
Now I just go wherever. If Im feeling rich, I go across the street to one guy... If Im feeling broke, I just go to the cheapest place I can find. :p |
