th friendship question

soo well i wanna write about my friendship with one of my friend that i consider like my best friend or one of my closest friend at least
keep in mind im not lesbian and she isnt either .....but we know each other since we are 14 and are very close friends since we are 18 and the time we both went to university
the fact is that if for example i dont have any news from her for a few days i miss her .....or like this week end she was away and i realized how much i missed her and i was so happy when she was in town again .....
on her side i noticed she is kinda jealous if i hang out too much with others friends she doesnt really know .....but heard about and our lil arguments end up being big ones because we are i guess too close from each other
so my question is do u have this kind of friendship with some of ur friends?
i have the impression sometimes that we are like a little couple ....and if some of u ever wondered no no we are not attracted to each other in any ways ..... |

Yes, although I'm much of a loner, I do, not just with boys, but with girls as well (although the intensity has diminished now that I've got a girlfriend I must give attention to :D). And I always drift away from jealous people, so I've never had a jealous friend for too long...
Don't worry, if you were to be a lesbian for that, I'd be hellishly promiscuous :p Not that there's anything wrong if you were a lesbian :toothless |

the fact is that most of her friends are my friends ....but on the other hand i have friends she doesnt know and for example when last nite we hung out again (we kinda hang out everyday actually) and i had to tell her i was going away in vacation with one of my other good friend ,she acted cold and distant the rest of the nite and i felt bad:(
tonite we called each other and we promised to hang out more this week end (since she's working during the week ).....before i leave on vacation
im really feeling like we are a couple and that scares me sometimes :nervous: |

I think that just means you appreciate each others friendship and maybe explore taking it to another level. Try giving her a kiss or something and maybe that'll bring you too closer together..
ah hell where did this post go..
you can't post a topic like this in the core and expect the males to sympathize with you and share their own experiences because then that'd be just gay...and no wizard hats please |

Having too many common friends is not necessarily a problem. You see, both one of my best friend and me have this 3rd group of people we used to hang out with. They used to say we were like brothers, and indeed we were.
As time passed by, he became more friends with a sub-group and I became more intimate with another sub-group. Naturally, I felt kinda sad because we weren't hanging out with the same sub-groups anymore and stuff, but it never occured to me to see him as a significant other :p |

to lira: we have been intoxicated so many times together lately at least 1 time a week and no it never occured in our minds that we would feel like making a move to each other .....as i repeat we are not lesbian
the thing is that we realized we act like a little couple and i was wondering if any of u have a friend and u act the same way that was all !i dont really like that because when we argue sometimes we have the impression our friendship might end ....so i dunno
but then most of you are guys and cant understand so i guess that would be better to have some girls's replies ! |
