| i wouldn't get them.. buy the mdr-v6's.. they are half the price and basically as good.. only thing i like better about the v700's is that the ear pads are made of like a vinyl/rubber thing instead of just regular padding so they won't EVER flake.. but that can be fixed on the v6's as discussed in other threads. i own the v6's and i am absolutely satisfied.. my friend has the v700's and his are ed up already and he's only had them about 8months.. the soddered connections to the input jack are all messed up so i guess they aren't good w/ wear and tear. well just my .02 for you to think about. |

On that note, might as well get a Technics DJ1200A if you are in it for the looks...lol
Sony MDR or VR700 will might you look like a "Princess Leia" if you have a small head....
Mine's been in my pouch since 2001....
