A man in a fedora hat (white man) with a shirtless little boy (south american/indian) are somehow involved in the life of this white woman.
Cut-scene: The guy is watching a video tape where the woman is crying and some baddies gouge her eyes out. She doesn't bleed at all though, because those eyes were fake eyes. So you see a hollow metal eyesocket where you should see blood and gore.
And she's writhing in pain or something afterwards. It looks like some kind of snuff film.
WHAT MOVIE COULD THIS BE FROM? It is the greatest movie I ever saw only one minute of as a child.
