Yeah i've had my CDJs for a year, when I had TTs I wasn't as serious about my mixing and rarely recorded myself, although I think I should have. I got CDJs so I could get more tracks and save money, and my style changed to mostly progressive house, I wasn't as into the trance being released in 2005 and 2006. I made a mix today but I think I only did about three or four flawless mixes out of 11 tracks haha. I haven't mixed in two months..

Playing commercial music can be hella fun. If i was prepard I'd love to play a wedding. You need a huge library to play all those requests.

yeah you need to have a huge library and huge variety of music. But they pay really well as there usually really long and the average rate is like 150 an hour.

No, but mobile DJs make a lot more money than club DJs.

I like to look at it this way. Don't look at DJing a wedding as "whoring yourself" look at it as a job. Would you rather work at a desk or dj a wedding? For me the answer would be simple.

A desk in an office in a chemical laboratory, but everyone likes different things.

You might like playing Laffy Taffy instead of playing with chemicals.
