Just wondering about your experiences with Juno (www.juno.co.uk)
Today for the first time I ordered a record from them, and would like to know what to expect :) thanks |

Don't know about shipping to the US, but here in the UK (where Juno is based) the records usually get to you within 1 or 2 working days, which is pretty good.
If you have had a confirmation emial saying everything is OK, then everything is OK. Sometimes though, if a record has only just gone out of stock, and they haven't updated the site yet, then the email will say that the record is out of stock and they won't send it to you when they next get it in, either. You have to re-order it (or get it elsewhere in the mean time). Otherwise, very good service. Had no problems with them myself.
HTFR though... don't get me started! ;) |

Thanks DJTJ.
By the way, I forgot to tell you that your advice regarding my volume problems (that there was a mic-over making the signal quiet) was perfectly on target -- that's exactly what it was. |

I'm in the US and have ordered from Juno twice and have been pleased. It has taken around 7-10 days, kinda of long, but I got my records. I just put an order in the other day for:
Symphonic - Bolero
Weekend Players - Into The Sun
I hadn't heard them before, but I streamed the samples from the site and they sounded pretty sweet :) Good luck! |

I'm in the US I've been ordering from Juno for a while now (about 6 mos.) and they have always come through. 7 to 10 days is about average for shipping here (I'm on the east coast). I did have a problem once in Dec due to the postal service & the events of 9/11, but that was obviously not Juno's fault.
IMO, Juno is one of the better online shops out there. |

If your records are being shipped via FedEx then you will probably have them within 2-3 days. Otherwise, it can take as much as 3 weeks. That's why it's always good to make big orders (20+ records) and have it FedEx-ed to your house. Much better and safer solution.
And I'll have to second all positive coments towards Juno, definitely one of top vinyl stores. |
