hey hey ;). I was sitting at fruityloops one day, and I said to myself, I should make something fast. and so I did. 163bpm if your interested. I love working at 150+ bpm because there are so few artists that do. Goa Gil, of course, is a good one ;). Anyway, it became an attempt at fullon, then later minimal, the even later darkpsy, so there are elements of all of those, fused in with my typical acid stuff..... I had bunch of fast stuff on my old computer, it crashed, and that was that.

name: Creature
tempo: 163
genre: darkpsy
time: 7:23
bitrate: 128kbps

You've got the typical zappy kick, I see.

3:52 is meh. I would have just gone straight to the new bassline.

Because as we must once again note at 4:19, the song just loses its drive without any kind of bass.

After 3:52, the song also kind of loses direction, and IMO doesn't really get it back until. 5:18 or so.

Maybe I'm just a whore for that bassline.

manga intro ?
I don't like the kick.
...puhh, a bit too fast and aggressive for an old man like me.
mixing needs improvement. the synthlines are just playing silently in the background.
sorry, but it's not my cup of tea.

jex- You are just a whore for that bassline ;). the kick is kind of a gimmick....

banjhankri- thanks for the reply, its from the show cybersix. I see what you mean synthwise...

anyway, thanks all for the c&c's I'm going to put this one under the knife, as I'm not very satisfied with it, I'm going to put up a newer, more refined, version

Crap, for some reason I only downloaded the start 20 seconds of the song... :wtf: some kid laughing & some freaky dramatic panning...

I'll try again tomorrow & post up a review ;)

yeah... that's the intro... I've refined the overall sound and everything... put in a few new synths, really gave it a melodic feel
