ECLER Releases brand new high-end mixer for the club/installation market
ECLER has released a new mixer for the demanding club and installation market called the AC-6. Going back to their roots of 40 years of experience, ECLER has re-introduced the AC series of installation mixers, their first ever being the AC-4. While the AC-6 may look "old-school", it has the most modern and up-to-date electronics of any ECLER mixer to date. This unit will be ECLER's new flagship DJ mixer, rivaling their own MAC and SCLAT series mixers, which have been installed in hundereds of clubs around the world.
The AC-6 features everything you could want in a mixer of this caliber; highest quality build and sound quality, 3-band EQ per channel with full kills, a multitude of PHONO/LIN/MIC inputs and balanced/unbalanced outputs, fully assignable x-fader, high-quality ALPS upfaders, FX loop with PRE/POST per channel, AUX send and master AUX SEND/RCV, MIC talkover functionality and a sexy new VU meter.

exactly ;) Since its more of a club/installation mixer and aimed mostly at house DJ's, the x-fader was put on the side, to keep the upfaders as the main focus.
Most DJ's primarily use the upfaders anyway, and rarely even touch the x-fader. |

I'm pushing for a rotary version. If there is enough demand, ECLER will do it. Problem is, they will mainly sell this in Europe, where rotary is not popular at all :(
Sound quality was priority #1 with this mixer. Its 100% analog, but built with no-compromise high quality components, and no expense was spared. I havent heard it yet, but it is supposed to be better than ECLER's own SCLAT series, which IMHO is THE BEST sounding mixer I've heard (besides maybe the old UREI's or XONE:V6). :eyes:
Price will be around $1700 USD |
