| Lots of chalkboards here in Toronto. I work for a school board, most of our schools still use chalkboards although the highschools less so then the elementary schools. |

Last time I had a chalk board was high school. Speaking as someone who has to teach on a white board on a daily basis - I HATE THEM. The freaking markers are expensive and run out of ink after two days. The nice thing about a piece of chalk is that you always know its going to write.
