| Ive missed the first day of classes a ton of times. Just make sure you get the syllabus and talk to a classmate so you don't miss important things like 25% of your grade is attendence. One class I missed the first 2 weeks of(transfered in) and didn't realize that my attendence was a part of my grade and I didnt go to class a lot. Anyway, we would have this things where they would show your grade right before finals and I walk up and it's like 70% already and I'm like wtf!? I ended up just failing the class and retaking it the next semester just because I didn't know the grading policy. |

one time i did a load of mdma before my mechanics 1 final exam
i studied all night for it and learned the material.. i walked into the exam room wrote the exam, came out and was certain i got at least a B or B+ on teh final
My final exam mark was 23 %
my final course mark was 32 % |

| see if the class is offered again in the week.....hopefully with the same teacher. If it is, attend it and explain to the teacher what happend |

yea but you never know...something like that can come back and bite on in the ass. there are teachers who tack on xtra points or a free grade if a student attends every class |

thats true but usually first week is like registration and what not epople still need to sort out their scheduels
some courses are pcky with attendance though.. they'll usually let you know first |

Turns out my class was YESTERDAY! I missed my first class, that isn't good. The reason I screwed up, was because, my schedule JUST got changed, and ed me in the butt real hard, which i didn't mind because i love getting ed in the butt. |
