i think it's kind of a slutty thing to say. i interpret it as the girl flaunting how hot and wild she is... although most girls that talk like that are all talk and no action, so basically, she's just being a whorish little cock-tease.
it's especially funny when it's a fat or ugly girl that says it though, because then it can take on a whole new meaning. |

it wasnt really about me and a specific girl, but general behavior I observe while I'm out, yes I have been told this before, but there is nobody in particular who is bothering me about this, it was more meant as a general question. There really ins't a "the girl" in this situation at all.

Since it can mean a multitude of things, you have to look at the the tone she says it with. Girls can make " you" have a completely different meaning from its literal one based on how she said it.
