yeah, i know a guy went to see johan gielen (here in NL. almost as known as tiesto (although tiesto is 10 times better IMO)) and the room was filled with 50 people!!! soo i can understand that tiesto could have spinned for empty rooms.. if there ain't no advertising vew people will know he's spinning that night! |

I love Gielen, he's one of my favourite.. if he showed up here it would be packed, I can bet on it. :D |

well i don't know how big the trance scene is in you country but here its quite big.. so there are always parties etc.. and some don't advertice so there won't be a lot of people there, because they allready bought a ticket to an other party or something..
if the trance scene isn't too big it would be logical that club owners will advertize a lot because they have the excluse dj gielen (for example) .. :)

| Gielen IS awesome.:D Ever since Trance Energy 2001 (Oct last year) I love his style, it's just awesome. I can't wait to see him (whenever he gets here). |

It's very highly unlikely that Tiesto will make it to Singapore as my friends brought Ferry Corsten down instead of Tiesto (despite my numerous attempts to convince them that Tiesto is the crowd pleasing Trance God...lol...last November...
He's way more expensive than Ferry Corsten.... Tiesto was said to be at least US $ 15,000 / event....too costly to even cover the costs..
Plus, trance, like I mentioned is so classified in Singapore..it sucks...but it's sad and true...
Anyways, you can always fly up to Netherlands to ctach him in action...where you can genuinely be free without some punk ass cops surrounding the venue...lol

A brlliant interview with great useful questions...well, at least the rumour of Southern Sun is cleared...
I've spoken to Tijs all 3 times he was down in Toronto....a well-spoken, fluent in English, cheerful Dutch....I cannot wait to go to Netherlands to meet up with the chicks! not to mention the Magik Store...yum yum..all the trance gems in stock,..lol
About that mixer....I would have to chew on overdue bread for at least 6 months before I can purchase that masterpiece...Time to talk to my piggybank!
