I think we can do a flatten of the first 5 layers a round..
no harm in that
or 10 if it's appropriate.
or just do a flatten every 6, and make the unflattened file available on a server - that we you can just download the unflattened version to get to the layers |

Good idea optik but I think doing a complete flatenning isn't the best idea cause we still want to modify a little ( in which case there's the unflattened one still available ).
I can see that having various layers merged to come out with 3 or 4 layers total. |

Basically you need to edit the photoshop psd project file and make something different/creative etc with it. |

photochop it, distort it some way that looks cool. add in stuff, modify stuff on there...whatever! |
