Perhaps Theresa is coming off a bit edgy there ( you okay hun :conf: :p ) but she is totally right.
It's about common decency and respect for other people.
I live in a mostly Turkish area and I don't care what the skin of your colour is I will tell you to bugger off if you try to cut in front of me.
Most of the old white people in the area tend to be a bit insane in the head and I have heard them say some racist remarks or being outright impatient ( omg you have to wait 5 freaking minutes!! ) while waiting in line at stores the post office etc ..... I have not hesitated to tell them to stfu and be a bit respectful of others.
Also I have very regular visits at the hospital and I always have pathetic people ( usually old people ) trying to cut in front of me in the waiting room. It's happened once or twice but never again. Like what ... they're retired and sooooooo busy they're in a hurry to leave while me I'm young and obviously have all day
