so i remember whiskers making a cheese thread.. but after searching i couldnt find it.
anyhow so today i boughta big thing of spanish blue cheese after seeing it in iron chef america..
:nervous: :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: this cheese comes close to being the best cheese evar. its blue so it has a strong taste.. but its not TOO strong.. and its so soft and smooth, its like butter
any cheese fans? |

NOT a fan of blue cheese at all. Other cheeses though...I definitely love Gouda (smoked cheese) and Brie and Camenbert (sp?). Jarlsberg as well

ah si! manchego is def. my fav cheese. so many good cheeses out there........... its hard to find a store with good good cheese.. but when u do, uv found gold! |

Spanish cheese from Albacete I think... for some reason I don't like that one, it's all about swiss or dutch cheese for me. I don't like blue cheese either lolz. |
