Importing A CD

Hi. Just wanted to ask you people what program(s) do you use to import a CD so you can listen to it in iTunes, Winamp etc. I use CDex and occasionally iTunes but I'm having problems with some tracks in particular. In certain places they skip and "jitter" all over the place. CDex or iTunes do nothing to fix these jitters. Is there any software out there that repairs jitters or something? There is nothing wrong with my CD's - they are perfect.
