I have a good pirate pickup line that has a success rate of 50%. So if the girl is standing to your left you ask her, "if you were a pirate would you wear your parrot on this shoulder (touch her right shoulder) or this shoulder (put your arm around her to touch her left shoulder)". Then, just when it dawns on her as to how cheezy you were, (but before she gets a chance to say anything) you say, "arrrrhhhh".
