TO ALL TRANCE PRODUCERS LOOKING FOR A TRANCE VOCALIST!!!
My name is Sarah, Im 21 and looking for someone who is serious about looking for a trance vocalist. I have been singing my whole life, not so much professionally, but I do however have a demo I can send to anyone who is interested and SERIOUS...I can't stress that enough.
I also have samples on my computer which I can send through icq and msn.
I've done little jobs here and there singing for people who like to experiment, but I would love to work on a serious project!
I've been into trance for four years, and for the past year and a bit I have been looking at the production of it. I'm learning REASON right now along with other related programs (Fruity loops, sound forge etc.). I know what I'm doing, and I know what I like.

but, like, i live in norway.. but that shouldnt be a hassle... im up on a 36 mbps line soon (sdsl+adsl) so if u up it onto a locker ill have it down in a short time.. ill add u 2 my msn site, and then i could send u a song or 2 that needs vocals... and then like, u record or whatever, to an acapella version, and then i like put it all 2gether... sounds interesting? email-->dj_alfi@hotmail.com

| I have a Novation Supernova Pro, Korg ER-1, Roland PC-70 and 2 stanton turntables & mixer, recording all at 24/96 on my Delta 44. I have Cakewalk Sonar as my sequencer, Sound Forge 4.0 as my wav editor, and Reason for additional drums. A few speakers to monitor, and thats about it. Oh, all the stuff runs on my p4, 1.7ghz, 1024 RAM, 80 gig hard drive. |

That's a really nice setup. I'm all set in the dj'ing area (technics tables and pioneer cd players), but I still don't know what I should buy in terms of production equipment (and I don't have very much money). I know I could make a good song if I had the right sounds... right know I'm struggling with the reaktor demo by native instruments. It's a great program, and I know that it *can* sound great, but that's only if you know how to use it properly. You have to really understand synthesis to get anything out of it. |

just a quick question... how do the turntables help you in music production? |

| they don't help in music production too much, but they're still a part of my studio! I have recorded a few samples from them, even some scratches, and used them in some tracks. |
