so yea, guess what i got in the mail today

| so this saturday on the night of the droid party i lost my wallet. big bummer. i was too pist to do anything so i came back home even though i was in hollywood. so today guess what i get in the mail. my driver license, school id, buisness cards, library card, gym membership card and a few other pieces of stuff in my wallet. the person who took my wallet was "kind" enough to give me back a few pieces but decided to keep my credit cards, debit cards, $300 louis vuitton wallet, and all the cash i had. i guess im somewhat happy i got these stuff back, but karma is going to kick that person right in the ass :whip: |

Well that sucks and also good to know you got some stuff back. Why do you carry all that in your wallet when you go out? You only need your CDL, a few bucks (like maybe $60.-$80.) and maybe 1 credit card for emergencies. No need to show off or try to impress anyone.... well maybe the person that found your wallet was impressed. That's why he sent you all your other stuff and I guess it was a way of saying... "Thanks dude, I got lucky!" :p |

That is VERY odd! Two years back, I lost my LV wallet that had my license, one ATM card, two credit cards, $120 cash and a load of receipts. I lost it here in Irvine and I went to the DMV to do the paperwork for my new license, cancelled all bank and credit accounts and guess what happens two weeks after I lost my wallet? I get a phone call from a person telling me that they're sending my wallet back and they wanted to know if the address on my license was up to date! I said yes and they hung up as I started to ask questions. Three days later I receive a package and it has my wallet with the receipts and NOTHING else! Besides the fact that he kept my ing license along with the cards and the money, he wrote "LONG BEACH, CA 92xxx"! No address or name, just the city that the guy was from. What a douchebag.
Keep in mind that this wasn't at a club, it was a local Taco Bell....wtf!? |

| I have a Croton stingray skin wallet that I'm sure would get picked up in a minute if I dropped it. I never take my wallet into clubs or crowded venues. I usually just take about $40 and my ID. losing everything! |

| This guy at work found a wallet in the parking lot on his way into work with $3000 CASH!!!! He turned it in without ever looking in it and later found out how much was actually in it. |
