much better. thanks for asking.
i thought i was going to hit rock bottom, but i'm surprisingly bouncing back pretty quickly.
i still have my days where i get really down in the dumps, but those will be less and less as time goes by.
i'm just really happy that i dont have to pay that ing 1300 dollar a month rent any more!! jesus, that was killing me. lol |

wait!! u gotta hear about my fish recipe. it rocked.
i ended up coating the fish with teryaki sauce and honey. and then, in a bowl, i crushed up some ritz crackers and added a little scoop of margarine and added chopped almonds, so it was kinda like a nutty paste, and i coated the top of the fish with it, and baked it.
it was ing delish! my uncle was extremely impressed.
i served it with baked sweet potatoes with honey butter and cinammon and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots.

All that good food could make you gain weight :p
I guess it's all the special activities you made him do that prevented any weight increase ;) |

sorry, blonde moment. i didn't see where you were going with that.
that was a perfectly healthy, and well balanced meal. it's not like i was cooking fried chicken every night. i cook healthy stuff:) and no matter what i'm cooking (unless it's a pasta dish), i always have to have something from each food group. there's always a meat, a potato or rice and a veggie. lol |
