It's opening on Saturday. Angel Moraes is spinning and he also designed the sound system. It is being done by many of the same people involved in creating the Montreal one (but not current people from what I understand from Angel's post on the last page of the 2nd thread linked below).
The location is the former Octagon space (from what I've heard) and it's near the Copacabana on the West Side, north of Crobar (33rd St.).
