Review: DNA @ Boom Boom Room - Sept 23

My good friend's Derek & Andrew...also known as TA lurkers (Sepapglia & Cailleston) have been DJing under the name DNA for about a year now. Last night was their first apperarnce at the Boom Boom Room in Windsor.
Virtuatlly all of my friends came out to support. A couple of them being TAs themselves (Nikitha & Chadly84).
It was great times!! The tunes were banging right from the start. It was fun to have some room to dance early on in the night. Especially when Caille dropped one of my fave tracks of the moment. He tells me what it is everytime I hear it, but I keep forgetting...Swing something I believe. Right after that Derek mixed in a track that holds some special meaning...Without You - Dogzilla. No, I did not cry this time! Hahaha
Anyway, the boys did a great job. Everyone was having an awesome time. The place filled up really quickly and there was a crazy cockfest going for about 45minutes with everyone screaming and whistling. My friend and I nudged Nikki into the group jokingly, and they actually got really mad. I can see them being the "car wash crew" of Windsor. All they have to do is take their shirts off.
I said hello to Remo and congratulated him on the great work he's done in turning the club around. Bringing in great DJs, both big names and smaller ones, and packing the place every weekend. Thanks :)

P.S. Some random girl recognized me from TA. I'm not sure if she was a TA or not...didn't even get her name actually. I'm assuming she reads the boards frequently though b/c she recognized the fact that since school started I've been MIA for the most part! |
