Raw snap-frozen prawns are ok if you can't get your hands on some fresh/live ones. PLus they've usually been shelled and deveined which is convenient.

Boxed meals = ftl = high as hell sodium = hunger within an hour of eatting them.

The only frozen food I like is the occasional diarriah pocket.

Sam, youre a moron. Frozen food is practically fresh. The only way you can get it fresher is if you grow it yourself. That stuff is frozen right away, whereas the "fresh" section has been sitting out for a week or so, plus the time it spent in a truck.

Ill take my Green Giant broccoli, thanks.

Are you saying that if I buy a bunch of apples, some organic flour, quality brown sugar, freshly ground cinammon etc from the market and use them to bake an apple pie, it won't be as fresh as a frozen apple pie, made in bulk at some pie factory out of the cheapest ingredients they can find + thickening agents + flavour enhancers + emulsifying agents + preservatives then frozen and kept for a week in some godforsaken supermarket freezer?

I can't believe how many people eat TV dinners and frozen pizza... ew.
