tomorrow or tuesday I will post the details for the gathering in Amsterdam on March 3 before we're going to Utrecht :D

okay the details for the gathering on March 3 :D
time: 19:00 hours
city: Amsterdam
location: Damsquare by the statue, see picture below:

you will recognize me, for most of you that don't know me, holding a flyer of Trance Energy in my hand :D
after everybody is there and we introduced ourselfs to eachother we will heading towards Central Station, buying traintickets (I know which ones are the best) and then heading to Utrecht for 10 Hours of TRANCE MUSIC.

Cool, walk out the door from De Roode Leeuw & I should see a gang of suspicious looking TA's :p
I may or may not have blue hair while there, can't decide if I want to comeback thur customs with neon blue hair. |

| Hey guys! I am in a bit of a dilemma. I ordered my tickets Jan 19 but still haven't received them in the mail. I've already sent an email to customer service on their website stating my issue. But no reply yet. Will I be able to obtain 2 tickets on the day of the event if necessary? |

send me your details, like your full name, address and stuff to my private e-mail address.
I can call them to ask what happened and because it's just one more week I'm not sure if it will arrive on time.
If so, I can always ask to send them to my address.
But give me your details and let me know what you think about my idea. |

| Max, I dont think it will be a huge problem, but last year it did sell out, but there were people outside trying to get rid of tickets too, if you dont get them, goto the free Record Shop and see about getting them if you really are in pinch. Hope you will make it for the meet up in Amsterdam before the party... |

Thanks guys! I feel better now. I finally got a response from customer service. It reads:
Dear Mr Soon Foong,
In answer to your email I can inform you that your tickets for march 3th will be ready for you at
the guest entree.
Please be informed to ask for replacement tickets.
Please mention your customer number: TOL #72755

Based on this reply, I should be okay right? |

Yes you will be okay.
Print the e-mail they sent and bring it with you.
Good that they replied on your e-mail and that they handle it in this way, great of them :) |
